You are strictly prohibited from using any automated tool, spider, or scraper to extract data from ShareSecure. You are explicitly forbidden from using any hosted content to train AI models or LLMs.

1. Introduction and Scope

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the individual operator of ShareSecure. ShareSecure is an independent, open-source, privacy-first ephemeral file-sharing service.

The Operator is a private individual developer and is NOT a corporation or legal organization. The Platform is operated on a personal, non-commercial basis.

2. Platform Architecture

  • Collects NO personal identifiers or accounts.
  • Performs NO behavioral tracking or analytics.
  • Files are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest.
  • Files auto-delete between 1 minute and 24 hours.

3. No Liability for User Content

THE OPERATOR BEARS ABSOLUTELY ZERO LIABILITY FOR ANY CONTENT UPLOADED TO OR SHARED VIA THIS PLATFORM. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING YOU HAVE THE RIGHTS TO SHARE CONTENT AND THAT IT COMPLIES WITH ALL LAWS.

The Operator functions solely as a passive technical conduit and does not monitor, review, or moderate User Content.

4. Prohibited Uses

Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: Illegal data, CSAM, malware, stolen credentials, and any content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. THE OPERATOR'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS STRICTLY ZERO DOLLARS (USD $0.00).
